Each page is transcribed verbatim — exactly as you wrote it, line breaks and all. Anything genuinely unreadable is marked [?] rather than guessed, and nothing is ever paraphrased or summarised.

Yes. Your pages are isolated to your account, kept private, and never used to train anything. They are yours alone.

Photos from your phone (including iPhone HEIC), JPGs and PNGs, whole folders, or a PDF. Bring in a single page or a thousand at once.

You can fix it. Dating and ordering are automatic but never final — edit a date or reorder pages from the reader and everything re-settles around your change.

Each plan includes a generous amount of pages — a starting allowance plus a steady amount each month. If you reach beyond it, we’ll let you know and point you to a larger plan.

Open your account menu → Plan & billing → Manage billing. There you can switch plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel — cancellations take effect at the end of your current year.

Check your spam folder, and always open the most recent link — each one works once and lasts about an hour. Still stuck? Send us a note below.

Any time, yourself. Open your account menu → Manage sign-in. There you can export a complete copy of your archive, or permanently delete your account and everything in it.
